Rhonda Young is the Operations Manager at Skyline Advisors, overseeing daily office functions, goal planning, and staff management. She plays a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors with financial planning, research, and administrative tasks.

Before joining the team over a decade ago, Rhonda gained valuable experience in office administration and marketing at a local bank. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Western Washington University and earned her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP®) designation from the College of Financial Planning in 2016.

Rhonda is a lifelong resident of Whatcom County growing up in the Blaine fishing community. She lives in Bellingham with her husband Ray and in her spare time, she enjoys traveling, boating, and entertaining family and friends.
